2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements:
- A £10 booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
- Before Your Appointment: Please ensure that you come to your first appointment with bare nails. I will conduct a short consultation to understand your needs and provide the best service possible. If you have any specific nail art requests, please inform me when booking so I can allocate extra time if needed.
Cancellation Notice:
- If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the £10 booking fee. The fee cannot be transferred to another appointment if cancellations are made after this time.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, which could result in an incomplete service. The full service fee will still apply in these circumstances.

Accepted Payment Methods: I accept payments via card and cash, as well as online payments through Stripe on the website.
Refunds:
- During Your Appointment: If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please inform me during the service so I can rectify it immediately. My goal is for you to leave happy.
- After Your Appointment: I do not offer refunds on services provided unless required by law. However, if you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact me within 24 hours, and I will do my best to address your concerns.

Salon Etiquette: As I am home-based, please arrive at your appointment alone. I strive to maintain a calm and welcoming environment for all clients.
- My cockapoo, Willow, will be present at my home during your appointment. She is very calm and will likely curl up on the sofa. If you have any concerns about this, please let me know before your appointment.
Refusal of Service: Bea Beautiful reserves the right to refuse service to any client exhibiting abusive or inappropriate behaviour, presenting with a health condition that could affect the treatment, or arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Client Health Conditions: Clients must inform me of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to their appointment. This information helps ensure that I can provide safe and appropriate treatments.
Liability: Bea Beautiful is fully covered by public liability insurance. While I take every precaution to ensure your safety during treatments, clients must disclose any medical conditions that could be affected by the treatments provided.

Terms for Promotions: I offer a 20% discount for new customers on their first treatment. This offer includes an aftercare gift, which cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative gift. Promotions are subject to change and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
Gift Vouchers: I offer gift vouchers that do not expire. Vouchers can be redeemed against any service or product at Bea Beautiful and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Content Ownership: All content on the Bea Beautiful website, including text, images, and multimedia, is owned by Bea Beautiful and is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of this content is prohibited.
Use of Client Images: I may use photographs of my work on clients for promotional purposes. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting me.

Aftercare: Please follow the aftercare advice provided at the end of your treatment to ensure the best results. If you have any questions or concerns about aftercare, feel free to contact me for further guidance.

Jurisdiction: Please note that all policies and terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
